Just a quick question actually if u wouldn't mind chiming in.. I am recomping on this cycle so I am eating slightly above maintenance calories on training days, whilst eating a slight deficit on rest days. I have never tried to recomp before so im not sure if my approach is optimal... Is this the best way to go about calories when trying to gain muscle/lose fat simultaneously? Or do you reccomend another approach?

i generally recommend starting 250 calories below every day and assessing from there... if your eating the RIGHT kinds of foods and training the right way, you can really accomplish a recomp nicely with that intake...

Cool I'll try that out and see how it goes thanks. Perhaps I will run an lgd/s4/gw bridge from sarmsx after my pct to continue my recomp with some REAL sarms haha

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
9-12 d aspartic acid

That's actually how I do a recomp myself. Basically a slight surplus on workout days and a slight defecit with cardio on off days. It works out to four defecit days and three surplus days for me.

Hmm interesting... how does it work out for you? I will have to decide whether to go this method or just a straight 250 calorie deficit the whole cycle. I do favor the staggered method, as I don't think I can gain much muscle in a straight deficit

actually your wrong... considering ive only been doing that for over a decade and have put thousands of clients over that time on the same protocol... so yeah, i would venture to guess i have a small amount of experience doing it and if your running the right compounds, which you would be, then you have the capability to do it far easier... you do it however you want, what do i know... =)

Alright man. I like RickRock's method, but I'll try yours out and see how it goes... i just really can't see myself gaining muscle in a deficit unless I was on something like tren. You think sarms be enough to achieve growth in a deficit?

rick's method is great too, trust me... dont bother with mine... i hate being questioned and second guessed... just go with ricks... i take that highly disrespectful but its all good... ricks method definitely works so just go with that... good luck to you bro..
