Just a quick question actually if u wouldn't mind chiming in.. I am recomping on this cycle so I am eating slightly above maintenance calories on training days, whilst eating a slight deficit on rest days. I have never tried to recomp before so im not sure if my approach is optimal... Is this the best way to go about calories when trying to gain muscle/lose fat simultaneously? Or do you reccomend another approach?

i generally recommend starting 250 calories below every day and assessing from there... if your eating the RIGHT kinds of foods and training the right way, you can really accomplish a recomp nicely with that intake...
