Third cylce test and eq

First cycle was 15 weeks of test e 500mg. Second cycle 15 weeks test e 600mg tbol 70mg. Third cycle i want to do either test e 500 eq 500, test e 600 eq 400 or test e 400 eq 600. Which is best? Also should i inject 1ml of each twice a week? It may be a stupid question , can i load both substances in the same syringe? Do i need to worry about contaminating a vial.eg. some test into eq vial. Thanks

ps i use a dex 0.5 eod

test 400 eq 600 for 16 weeks.You can mix them in the same serynge...inject 200 test+300 eq twice per week , can't tell in ml as we don't know your gears concentration mg/ml ...I'm having a hard time believing this is ur 3rd cycle if you have to ask these questions...if it's your first and you're lying...don't get greedy and run only test for 12 weeks at 350-400 or even 500 if you so desire...

Bf% is a little too high to be running a cycle. You need to get that down some. The only way I can see you running this is if you plan on cutting.

ok thanks for the advise. Both the test and the eq are 250mg per ml. Its my third cycle mate. First time using a second inject able though. Thought i could get some advise on this forum thats all.

inject 2.4 ml of eq and 1.6 ml of test..split them into 1.2 and 0.8 (monday and thursday or tuesday and friday , same serynge).you need to run this cycle 16 weeks to get most out of it and cutting would be prefered..

ummm you did get advice bro... you are not in the proper condition right now so the advice is to do this properly by getting yourself in better condition before considering using any steroids...
