vegetable are filled with fiber which is an imperative part of your diet and also contain very clean carbs so there are an excellent source for carbs as well especially for those that struggle with eating carbs or finding cleaner types..
 
i just had 5 servings of vegetables in one meal.. 120 calories and im fucking full... just add chicken and bam... its a good feeling of full too, not that sloppy overstuffed feeling but more so, satisfied and still feeling good... i fucking love vegetables LOL
 
Very very good video bro. This is actually an area where I need improvement. I need to eat throughout the day as opposed to all at once. I got no excuses, just need to do a better job.

definitely work on that brother because they are a huge part of everything you are doing... you wont believe the changes in how you feel and look when you get plenty each day.... we will discuss it next week or when we are lifting and i'll show you how to make them something you look forward to everyday... its about certain combinations, methods of cooking etc... trust me, i have it down big time

I def notice a difference in how I feel. Last few days I've been getting at least 3 decent servings. I just have to be more intentional. Looking forward to having you here playa.

for sure brother... i'm going to teach you quite a few of my tricks... im not sure what kind of vegetables you prefer but i have it down on how them so good you cant wait to have them..
