Obviously want to start a test only cycle before starting the harsher compounds. Due to a certain circumstance I could only use the test for 7 weeks, will that be a problem not using it to it’s full potential? and is using for 7weeks long enough to start harsher compounds afterwards such as deca, winny, dbol, etc.

7 weeks isn't enough time. Run it right or not at all. You shouldn't even be discussing other compounds either until later cycles.
What is your stats and experience?
Still a bit on the young side to start a steroid cycle bud. Have you looked into sarms?
What was the circumstance that kept u from running more then 7 weeks?
noone is going to advise you steroid use at 24 years old to start with so discussing running further compounds is out of the question... we are also not psychic to know what ester of test you ran but if its a longer ester of test then 7 weeks is clearly not letting it get anywhere near its full potential...
