Test/Deca ratio % question

I was reading chat earlier and someone told me you have to run test higher than deca? Can someone explain this bro science to me. Or is it actually true??

The rule of thumb is that test should be greater than or equal to the deca. This practice helps avoid some of the sides from deca...namely deca dick. When the boys from the old school...like arnold, always had access to testE, but when these new drugs hit the market...hey something new...it must be great...screw testE. They did dbol only then the real fad was when deca came out.Deca dbol cycles, were wrecking their sex lives, and they did not like the sides. Introducing back that stupid old fashion testE alleviated the symptoms. Just like anything else, everyone s different, and some do not follow the rule with no ramifications. It is best not to let the deca get too far away from the test.

So it isnt bro science. I stand corrected. Thank you! I upped deca from 200 to 300. I guess i need to bump the test a bit.

Absolutely it's true. I run test at least equal to deca if not higher. I personally prefer test higher than deca myself.

Deca dick usually comes from those that don't have enough test or those that don't control estrogen/prolactin

That also goes for any nabdrolones including tren in my opinion. I always run my test equal to or greater than tren.

And then everybody responds differant . I run test equalntoo deca or anlittle higher but when I run tren I prefer too keep test low 350 mg tops while running tren at about 550 mixed my favorite tren cycle is 100 mg prop 100 mg ace eod and 200 mg tren e a week then I just stay drier but test aromatises like crazy in me so lower test is better for me for alot its opposite

your going to get a million different answers on this... fuck, i even changed my outlook on this over time... my preference is exactly what jake said with test being higher or equal to your nandrolones whether it be deca or tren... my best experiences were structured this way...
