Tennis Elbow

I greatly appreciate all of the feedback folks. I have heard BPC157 and TB500 are systemic and should be injected into some stomach fat. I also see one reply above stating to try BPC directly into the injury. What are everyone else’s thoughts on this?

I will give this a try. Do you use a clip or anything to pinch the skin over the injury site? Or how do you do it?

Or can also go with Research Chemicals. Both are great.
Thanks for the recommendations. So I found MK677 on domestic-supply. It is by Spectre Labs and it is 15 mg 90 tabs. Is this the correct one? If so, I'll get it. I was hoping to stick with a 12.5 mg capsule. I could not find 12.5 mg capsules/tabs on domestic-supply. Also, when I google "research chemicals mk677", the first result is Biosynth.com. Is this the correct site?

This is what you want. https://researchchemicals.co/product/mk-677-ibutamoren-nutrobal-capsules/

Nutrobal can make you a bit tired but not like you are describing. Something doesn't seem right. I definitely recommend Umbrella Labs or RCS for your next order.

Thanks for your input. I will toss the PS MK677 I previously purchased/used, and will give the RCS brand a try and will be glad to report back my experience. COAs/triple tested purity standards at least let me know that it is legit.

on another note physical therapy to strengthen whatever rarely does a thing

we ALREADY as lifters are strong, that isn't what we need

the reality is we need to improve our mobility and flexibility and we also have to learn what deloading is. overuse injuries are a major problem and when you keep pounding away the issue becomes chronic
Hey man I'm sorry you had a bad experience with physical therapy and I'm definitely not trying to jump on here and start arguing with people or prove people wrong or anything like that.. it's just that I have witnessed firsthand that if you have someone who actually knows what they're doing as your physical therapy can get a lot out of it and they will actually include mobility and flexibility in the therapy itself

I disagree but only in part. And that might be more about clarifying a point.

The issue is we can be strong, far stronger than average (as we should be FFS or else why train?) but ONLY in a set range or position. You can test this with someone who can bench 300lbs. Literally push the bar at the top position with a single finger and they will wobble out of position.

Therapy can help correct that. Few of us train for all round strength or health and over time imbalances occur leading to injuries. We can also, as Stevesmi infers, be guilty of over training, not rehabbing ourselves and so on. I 100% agree with deloading. Anyone that follows my log will see I back off 2-3x a year to 80% of my top numbers.
