whats would be the best dosage of TBol for a guy 5'11" 250lbs with 13-14%body fat with pretty good cycle experience? 60mg if fine for 6 weeks or more?

60mg is a good starting point for TBOL yes.

Are you running this with Test?

yes with 500mg of test a week and 800mg of EQ a week ... can dose be increase to 80mg a day or 60mg is fine?

your operating under the more is better concept man... you start going in the 70-80 range, you are ruining your cycle getting greedy.. 50-60 is more than enough... dont ruin a bad ass cycle getting greedy man
