Hi Dylan,

I’m training for a marathon and whilst very lean, I have 3-5kgs of muscle needed to lose.
I have a rowing background and want to lose muscle mass.

Any thoughts on how to cycle gw1516 and T3 in a 6month window?
I know you don’t recommend t3, but how can I maximise safety with low doses and with gw1516.

I can't really advise you on T3 bro. I just don't agree with its use and don't advise messing with your thyroid at all

My best recommendation to,you is to run GW along with Sr9009, especially considering what the combo will do for your endurance. You should be increasing endurance anyways without trying to sacrifice muscle mass, that makes no sense to me why you would purposely want to do that

GW and SR9009 will help,you lose bodyfat (which you do want to lose) while sending your metabolism and endurance through the roof. You'll notice a big huge improvement in your times guaranteed

Overall weight dose make a differance in some endurance sports wether its fat or muscle doesnt matter . T3 is not the best aproach as because when you discontinue there will be a rebound period and you will feel very fatigued and a lack of energy is not go too help you in a marathon . so I would diet the way you would too loose weight except
Pull your protien down too less than half a gram per lb of lean body mass and do hiit training fasted in the morning .this is about as catabolic as you can get .

I don't know how long you have been using the gw but it seems to kick up endurance allowing you to do more,which would lead to weight loss. You don't need shit like t3...why do you want to do that to yourself? If you want to metabolize muscle then eat less calories, way less protein and do more output.

I had to do that when I went from tight end to wr in college.While it is happening you kind of stink like ammonia, so be ready.

im sorry brother but me advising you to use t3 in any way is basically me advising you to hurt yourself and cause problems that im fully aware you will have and im just not going to do that... t3 is not anything i ever recommend unless its doctor prescribed to truly treat a thyroid problem and the chances of seeing that are not high... there's FAR MORE effective and SAFER methods to lose weight... far more sustainable methods as well... here's what i would do... you can get everything listed at www.sarmsx.com
