Suggestion for a cycle?

Yea I figured I was bout that. I'm a working stiff and eat on the run quite a bit. I also am weak when it comes to fried foods, etc. but trying to do better. Wife baking a lot of stuff, Im drinking water, etc...trying to mount the "courage" to do a cut. Really don't know how, but maybe you guys could get me started. What would be a good breafast 5 days a week, let me cheat a bit on the other two - I wanna take baby steps? Also love my ice cream.

Yea Dylan, Ebay - I know, but hey, gotta live and learn I guess... hah

I love ice cream too. I'd eat it every day if I could.

You have to make a decision here. Dieting takes MAJOR discipline. Dylan (or any1 else) is not here to "let you cheat"

You're a grown man, no one needs to let you do anything.

1st off you need to be eating 6 meals a day.

What's an average day of meals look like?

Here is my basic eating for a day, usually like this 7 days a week. Don't laugh.. hahaha

First meal - about 7 am - either cereal w/ a little natural sugar and whole milk, pretty good sized bowl or bacon egg bisquit from Bojangles.
Second meal - usually 4 or 5 ounces baked salmon or chicken, along with potatoes, broc/asparugus. Real butter all over it tho...
Third meal - 16 ounce protein shake with whole milk
Forth meal - same as second meal - but when eat out could be pizza, steak, seafood, etc...
Fifth meal - usually dessert like ice cream or something about 8pm/9m...

My goal would to be to clean it up some and slowly lose bodyfat I'd like to be about 15% by summer time. You think that is doable?

Thanks for the help !!

15% is doable, but you are not going to like what is going to be said about the diet. cereal with sugar and whole milk that's a big negative, biscuit from Bojangles negative butter is a big negative ice cream is okay but it is too late at night how bout try frozen yogurt no later than 6 pm and maybe not every night lol. if you cleaned up this diet you would be 15% by spring break probably and that is no shit. 90% of this is diet. but like you said you can take baby steps it is a marathon not a sprint. so tweak your diet accordingly and you will no doubt cut to 15 by summer.

i will let someone else layout a diet but RickRock has an article on macros that you may want to take a look at i will find a link for you.

No 1 is here to laugh brotha.....at least you're being honest (unlike most guys) that takes a lot of balls. Kudos.

Meal 1: LOADED with sugar (sugar is the enemy)
Meal 2: Butter?
Meal 3: I'm not crazy about shakes, too easy to hide crap in there. Whole milk; loaded with sugar & fat
Meal 4: How often do you eat out? Pizza once in a while is ok...ONCE IN A WHILE
Meal 5: No comment. Well 1; SUGAR!

This will be a good place to start;

Ok, so drop the sugar and butter would be a good starting point I see. What do you guys recommend to use in their place, if anything? Also are eggs ok, bacon, sausage?

Lastly, is there a supplement I could take over the next few months that will definitely spur fat loss? Something tried and true. No dnp tho...hah

I have roughly 20 weeks till the pool opens.

eggs are ok easy on the yolks turkey bacon turkey sausage maybe but not everyday. oatmeal egg whites for bfast im sure there is a lot of sodium in the things you may be eating as well. so watch that as it will or can lead to water retention. ill be honest i have done eca stack with phenbuterol and it was nice but nothing beats gw and sr9009 for endurance and fat loss and just metabolizing in general. but diet and cardio are going to make those abs pop out. Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym lol

Baby steps means baby progress. You need to really commit and sacrifice if you want to have a great cycle. I love ice cream and cake and milk too but at the end of the day you have to say NO if you want to be happy with your results.

Hey guys thanks for the input so far, I'm getting more and more motivated. But I will say I do want to run a low dose test cycle w it. Something like 250 a week. I just love the feeling on test, the pumps, etc. Plus I feel it helps w fat loss. So would test plus some s4 or another sarm be the ticket?
