Hey, so I wanted to ask how long does the delivery take? I ordered from the EU warehouse 3 on 21st of May. I got a tracking number on 4th of June and since then it’s been stuck there. I didn’t have any update so I wanted to ask if someone knows when it’s gonna arrive or when I’m gonna get tracking update

Hello.
Shipments that don't pass customs normally arrive in 2 weeks max, while international orders usually take 4-6 weeks.
Obviously, once package leaves our hands, we have no control to what happens to it.
We have the strongest refund/reship policies in business, which kick in 60 days after shipment.

Ordered over 100 orders from them. About the 4-6 week range for international. Customs is a pain but the savings is worth it.
