Hello. I am a155 pound man. A friend gave me Deca Durabolin 300mg/10ml and Boldenone(EQ) 200mg/10ml. I would like to know how I should I dose them . I am going to buy Arimacare and Super Pct both from Olympus Labs. I will like any advice ...thus, this is my first time to use steroids!!

what the fk is arimacare...
you need caber if your touching deca.
you need to run test as a base.
you need serms as a pct, not that bullshit otc pct.
you don't run deca on a first cycle.
you shouldn't even be touching gear at 155lb, put on more size naturally first.

this is your first time to "use the steroids" huh? well, its about to be your first and last if you actually do this... you friend is the biggest fucking idiot on the planet to give you this and encourage it... you cannot use that type of shit on a first cycle... just STOP this insanity right now...

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? a 155 pound man, you better be 5'7" or something like that...
 
I am 34 and 5'9"and about 13% body fat. Please let me know what a I should do.

you can run a test only cycle with sarms... you need to put the other compounds away before you destroy yourself... here is a full layout to the cycle along with the links for everything you need...

1-14 aromasin 12. 5 mg every other day
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
11-14 hcg 1000 ius week

pct 15-18


clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day
 
Ok..I'll watch your video. I always do. I like EQ videos but as a begginer I was a little afraid to use both

You need to sell your gear bro. You do not have enough knowledge, you could end up with bitch tits very easy and if you have one vial you dont even have enough deca to run really you need 2 vial min. Not trying to be a dick trade it in for some test or if you must run 2 compounds run dbol with test.
