Im from South Africa want to get your opinion on my next cycle. In the past I did not use pct cause I never knew better. I trained and competed in my 20’s then started a family and stopped for years of cycles. Started a cycle last year after a setback for the first time in about 7 years. I used npp and test then did pct cause I found some of your stuff on YouTube so you convinced me to then I took eq and sus for 16 weeks followed by pct. Now off cycle for about 12 weeks and prepping my next cycle. I enjoy the recomposition. When on cycle I do supersets of two muscle groups let’s say back and bi’s or chest and tri’s followed by interval training. Weights about 40 min and cardio about 20 min. Want to do a recomposition. Was on a normal training now for 12 weeks with just cardio. So when on cycle my training will change to super sets and interval training. Diet is very good during the week and weekends I have a bit of cheat meals but not overboard. My body fat at the moment is 10.9% I weigh 190 pounds. Since my setback in my personal life I dieted hard and trained supersets and interval training and lost 28 pounds and look and feel much better. I get sick with arimedex so can only tolerate ¼ of a tab EOD.
My cycle will go like this.
Week 1-12 Test prop 100mg NPP 75mg Masteron prop 150mg all these EOD.
Week 1-4 Winstrol tabs 45mg daily
Week 7-11 Winstrol tabs 45 mg daily.
Pct nova and clomid all on hand
O yes going to do GHRP 6 and CJC (dac). 100mcg for both in the morning as I wake and GHRP6 100mcg later in the day.
I wake at 04:19 GHRP6 and CJC
Training time is 05:00
