In 2015 i take steroid cycle as my first cycle i take testosterone and deca durabolin 250mg per week for 3 month and i see wanted results with no side effects after cutting cycle I don't take PCT because i had no knowledge about it just after looking about some information and seeing ur channel i learned that i should take my PCT so now:
I want to take steroid cycle again but correctly and PCT correctly without its side effect especially i heard that taking steroid may cause infertility.

So i will be very thankful if u help me how to take it how dose,duration for both cycles

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

_My cycle history: before two years and as my first cycle, i was take "sustanon 250" which is ( 30mg test prop. 60mg test isocap. 60mg test phenylprop. 100mg test decanoat) and also deca durabine 50 mg each one per week for three months just i take this cycle and without taking PCT,,
And also i take many compounds rich in protein not only during the cycle.
_GOAL : now i want to take a steriod cycle again but correctly without any harmful effect happen inside my body with correct dose &duration and also the PCT,,,
I have a championship I want to participate in so i want to enlarge my muscles ,and also beautiful body shape like models.
_my workout history is about 5 years
_ Iam 30 years old ,, male (unmarried),, hight:173cm weight: 73 kg ,,, body-fat%: 11%

Hope i give u all information you want to give me the best way for taking this cycles.

You are pretty undersized for steroid use my friend. Have you considered sarms?
