Sr9009 dose timing

Hi Guys,

I started the following SARMS cycle this week, all from Sarmsx.
mk677 (wk 1-12) 25mg daily
LGD-4033 (wk 1-12) 10mg daily
MK-2866 (wk 1-12) 25mg daily
GW-510516 (wk 9-12) 20mg daily
SR9009 20mg daily (4 – 5mg doses)
DAA (wk9-12)
Clomid 50/25/25/25 (wk-13-16)
GW-510516 (wk 13-16) 20

My question is regarding how far to space the 4 doses of SR9009. I know the recommendation is to take 30mgs daily with 6 doses every 2-3 hours, but this stack was expensive and I ran out of funds for my SR. I'm currently taking the four doses at five hour intervals to spread it out of a larger portion of the day. Is that good or should I stick to the 2-3 hour intervals?

the tighter you keep the window the better brother.. you can dose it that way and it will still be great but its like anything else, its best when done as advised..

Just so I'm clear, does that mean you are only taking 20mg per day? 5mg dosed 4 times per day?

Even if you have to shorten the duration you are on it, it would be more ideal to dose it the 30mg recommended dose at 5mg 6 times per day (every 2-3 hours)

I think you're really diminishing it's worth at that dose schedule. My gf skips doses and I hound her ass about it. She'll skip a dose here and there or even a day and I wanna ring her neck. She doesn't pay for it so she doesn't realize its value. You should do it right if you're going to do it. Otherwise give it to someone who will. My 2 cents.

Yes currently only taking 20mg per day. I didn't think to take the full 30 and just reduce the duration on that one sarm by a few weeks. Thanks.

i would strongly suggest to keep it at the 2-3 hour dosing... there is a reason it is recommended... i put this through thorough testing for quite some time and due to the short half life, this was by far the best method for max gains..
