I got a question. Can I mix a full days does of sr9009 with water and bcaa's as a all day sipping drink?

Diluted or not it should have the same quantity of active ingredient. I was more wanting to know if it would have any negative interaction with either the water of bcaas

How can you possibly get a consistent dose when doing that? I wouldn't recommend it at all. Not even in grapefruit juice, because there are multiple doses per day and there's no way of telling how much you'd get in each dose

you can mix with grapefruit juice but there's no way i would mix sr that way... as rick said, your doses will be inconsistent and the key is TO KEEP THEM CONSISTENT throughout the day so you have the same amount active at all times... your making a mistake by just being lazy... not smart...

But what about just mixing one dose in with a bottle of work, I am unable to take it to work, but I work 8 hours and can take right before and right after work. Just need that one dose at work

If that's the only option you have it's better than nothing, but it's far from ideal to mix it in anything
then dont use it man.. you should not do that at all... it needs to be dosed accordingly otherwise you wont see any of the benefits.. i have seen so many people try to dose it once or twice a day and then bitch and moan about how its not doing anything... well, there's a reason for the dosing protocol given...
