SR, Caradine and Acetylene Carntine

Hi all first post.

Ive just bought SR and GW to use to lean out over a 4 week period leading to an event.

Im also using Acetylene Carntine Acid.

Would you reccommend 10mg every 3 hrs for both SR and GW

What sort if fat loss results in 4 weeks would I see with a low carb high protein diet. Week leading up to the event I start loading.
My diet is 90% paleon lots of vegies, eggs and chicken.

From my experience, SR needs to b dosed 5mg every 2 to 3 hours up to 30mg and GW is 20mg half an hour before your workout.

1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

thats a great cycle but this one would be far better... do not run a 4 week cycle... you need to run this properly... you have a large goal and you most certainly can get there... here is the layout...

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid
