Im with Dylan on this. If she wants to keep it simple, go with the 12 week cutting stack of S4 and GW. It's excellent for strength, stamina, endurance, and fat loss
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
gw, S4, and lgd would the cats ass power trio. But as above, you could drop lgd but you are really cutting yourself short. As Dylan has taught, S4 and lgd are strongly complimentary.
