Hi Dylan,

I'm following your advice started my first Sarms cycle. Now two weeks past, and I feel great. Joint pain getting much better! I gain muscles and strength, but body fat maintain. My overall performance improve as well! But there is one thing bothering me now. My throat some where around the tonsils also getting pumped. I felt my breathe and swallow getting harder than before. Especially when I lay down! I'm professional heavy metal singer, so throat is the most important part of my body. Now it haven't influenced my voice, but I'm worried about it. I practice singing and screaming everyday, and play gigs frequently. It's this can cause the issue?

This is the cycle you give to me.
1-12 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Please let me know is there anything wrong with it.

Thank you very much!

u may wanna try chasing it with grapefruit juice and see if that alleviates any of that goin on but it doesn't sound common

Only thing I can figure is something in the alcohol causing irritation. Immediately after dosing chase it down with water to flush it from your throat to alleviate this

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

You might be getting some irritation from the alcohol in the sarms. It happened to me a little bit at first. Chasing with grapefruit juice like rock said should help. It should go away overtime as your virgin throat adapts some. Also make sure you're not dropping the drops directly on the back of the throat.

ya i dont drop it in the back of my throat anymore, what i do is put a drop on my tongue and let it kinda sit a sec til i prep myself to swallow without burning the back of my throat. I do the same when i drink alcohol (Rarely) cus if i swallow wrong it burns the back my throat.

I do exactly the same. I was in a rush one time and learned my lesson after a 2 min heavy coughing session.

For reals, sore throat and all. Once the technique has been learned its nothing, I take them first thing in the AM when I wake before I even brush my teeth no chasers or training wheels.

try taking your sarms with grapefruit juice.. thats the only thing you can mix them with but that should alleviate and will also give you maximum absorption of your sarms...

Bro i had this at first, don't drop it at the back of your throat, drop it on your tounge and quickly chase down with water.

Well increased pumps isn't so crazy so if you use your voice box a lot then increased throat and neck muscle pumps makes perfect sense, however they should help increase performance in every muscle if exercised a lot so it should get better if that's the case. I got voice pumps on dbol a bit but I could also sing longer and hit higher notes on EQ. This all makes sense to me. Just careful you don't overwork your voice.
