SHBG issues...

Anyone know if there is something to take to increase SHBG when different compounds have lowered it drastically?

Too much free estrogen causing gyno even though its at 12... Prolactin is low too... All i can chalk it up to is crashed shbg allowing the estrogen to all be free and im gyno sentitive..

Unless someone knows of another reason for gyno?

My hormones are at the following levels

Test 995
Est 12
Prol 8
Lh <0.03
Fsh<0.02
Shbg totally crashed

I don't really want to take an AI because 12 is already such a low estrogen level and I prefer to have the estrogen benefits so I figured if there was a way to raise shbg then at least I could have less free floating estrogen stimulating this awful tissue under the nipple.

Most likely I don't understand what I'm saying about shbg so if there's someone out there that can help me understand it better or if you know of a way to raise it drastically I'm all here. Thanks guys

well obviously when you use anabolic steroids (as you are by your numbers) then shbg gets binded with and drops. it has no bearing on gyno. you need an AI

gyno is caused by excessive estrogen. you need to be using aromasin. but if its too out of control you need something stronger like letro

if you are in range on estrogen you don't need an AI

and on cycle your shbg is always going to be low. if you want higher shbg simply come off gear

@Dommo you are overthinking things too much. bloodwork is a guide but it isn't meant to be so specific where you need to freak out

You want estrogen to be in the normal range. Don't use an AI if you are going to crash it but maybe you can get it lower but still in the normal range.
