completely understand... im from iowa originally bro and its basically Little Italy so I LOVE going back there because I do have to taste certain pizza spots... the only places i've ever had better pizza were when i lived in Milan and also in NYC but im telling you, des moines, ia is a pizza beast...
they come warm and hot too, they bake them before they sell them, if u ever have a cheat meal, i recommend those lava cakes 100%

I'm actually half Italian and have a Great aunt, my aunts uncles and cousins near Vincenza. I've visited a few times and bro I would be so fat there the best pizza/ pasta I've ever had. I've had some great pizza in NYc and Chicago aswell if your into that Chicago style pizza. I actually have a buddy that moved near Des Moines Iowa last year. I'll have to check out some pizza spots when I go visit.

you have to bro... Milan is unreal... its just amazing all the way around... i would absolutely recommend you go there as well as florence as well.. obviously rome.. my family is from the calabria region further south so next time i want to visit the entire region...

I've been to Rome when I was really young and don't really remember it but we went to Florence 5-6yrs ago and it was awesome. The Sistine chapel is one of the coolest things I've seen.
