Wanted your advice…
I'm only 5"8, so when playing hockey (against guys that are over 6ft and weight 200lbs) I had to put weight on, so I weighed about 175 back then (again, was muscle and was in good shape - big legs, still good cardio though, etc.).
When I stopped playing hockey, I no longer had to have the "big hockey player legs & ass", so I began to cut and become more lean. The best shape I was in was 2 Summers ago, when I was weighing in at 153lbs. I was lean, could do any body-weight exercise, but was also strong and could also bench 255lbs for 5 reps - which I felt good about as I weighed 100lbs less than that.
Since then, I have been really busy with work, became a bit lazy, ate unhealthy, etc.. and am now back up to 174lbs - and am not in great shape right now. Keep in mind - "not great shape" for me is what I'm sure the average person would be very happy with. I'm just picky - and want to get back to being lean, lose my stomach fat that I've put on, and get back to the hard-bodied athlete I used to be.
I am now back (as of 2 weeks ago) to eating healthy, getting in the gym 5 times a week, and training hard. Back to being serious about my training. I was looking at S-4 with the GW501516 Stack, but wanted to get your thoughts. I'd like to first lose some weight, trim that belly fat, and then once I'm more lean, begin to increase my muscle mass.
What are your thoughts on what I should take?
Also, I'm from Canada. I know you mentioned to someone else that the sarmsx.com site delivers to Canada - but that still makes me worry. I travel to the US quite often (going to Pittsburgh next week most likely), so I guess I'll also ask your opinion on do you think I'm all good to order to Canada? Or should I order to my hotel in Pittsburgh and bring it back with me (have never been stopped crossing the border before in all the times I've crossed, which like I said - multiple times/year I go to the US).
