Hey Dylan, I have always been a big fan and supporter of yours! I just had a quick question about what time of the day I should dosage my sarms. I am about 3 weeks in of my first sarm cycle for 12 weeks of ostarine, cardarine, and nurtobal. I am taking everything at night currently and it is going well so far. But I didn't know if I should take some in the morning , with or without meals , etc. Please respond at your easiest convienence, I appreciate your time.

it makes no difference as long as you space these 24 hours apart... it also makes no difference with or without food unless you feel like you are having an upset stomach when dosing, then you would want to take with food...

Just be consistent with your dosing time, and make sure you are getting legitimate sarms like those from esarms.com
