I was thinking for gw + s23 + s4

1) Is is good or not (if better is available please suggest)

2). Can I follow keto diet during cycle for better and fast result

3) what are the doses and timing ans duration?

i never recommend s23.. you are basically running a steroid and not knowing what any long term effects it could have and you would also need a FULL pct with that... i would strongly advise against that... you can run a keto diet if you want, thats completely up to you... you need quality sarms as well.. .
