I recently watched a video you had up about sarms. I generally train every day but find it hard as you get tired come the end of the week also suffer muscle fatigue and was wondering would sarms help with this? Also what would be best. I am about 77kg and have a body fat of 6/7 percent on average but want to maintain that if anything shred up more if possible. Any advice would be much appreciated
