I am looking to run a 6-8 week cycle here for a bit of a recomp. I am 22 years old and have been training for about 5 years now.
Stats:
6'3" 230 lbs 15% BF
I was thinking of running LGD, S4, and Osta for this cycle. My question is, what would be the best dosages of each for a recomp? And how should I structure my diet in order to reap the most fat loss and muscle gain?
