How did they get you in with that BF? Even now at Meps they are picky. Just curious since I'm in my own process just trying to get through for 18x. I'm a consistent 280 at about 12%. They weren't having it.

If you insist on doing a low carb diet...check out this book....and do some research on the author. It didn't work for me but a very good friend of mine uses the anabolic diet and it works well for him.

I'm a seal too. Just qualified this weekend. I'm not a TMS ( time machine specialist ) like you l, but we were big on being biodegradable fighting the war on plastics and littering. Hence why my trident isn't gold.
