High meat diets are ok, but not straight up steak. Add in organ meats for more nutrition. Rice isnt highly nutritious. Yams/sweet potatoes are fairly cheap and nutritious.
MK2866 / Ostarine is a good thing to use, especially if you are on a calorie-deficient diet. I have read of several recommended recomp regimes here on the site that utilize this substance, and it has very few sides as SARMS go.
