New guy here. I have started using rad140 (30mg) and sr9009 (20mg) a day in the morning and working out at 5:30pm. I started this ruitine 4 days ago. With the research I have done , it seems like a good first introduction to sarms. I would love any feedback to this and something more I should use with it. I am 41 years old, 201lbs, and 20% body fat. My goal is to stay around 190lbs and lean up. I don't want to loose strength, being I work in a laborious industry.
