Since I had major sides from mk677 and had to drop it, its a no brainer for me....
But with that said, its a short term versus long term game comparing rad and mk
Rad will give you better results during cycle, if you are trying to pack on muscle.
Mk is better longer term for the healing. I did notice while I was on mk, my recovery was so much shorter between intense workouts.
I just couldnt handle the sides any longer.
Even if I didnt have the sides, I'd still choose rad, because my desire is to pack on more muscle, and its a great stack with lgd, S4 and gw.
Some people are going up to 30mg with rad. I havent started my cycle yet, but I may as well.
