I started to take deca 1Ml and sustanon 1Ml every week this is my first week and im willing to complete 4 weeks cycle do i need to take anything during the cycle like nolvadex or anything like that ?? and what i need to take in PCT please answer my question im a big fan of you

It's obvious that you have no idea what you're doing whatsoever. You need to stop this cycle immediately before you hurt yourself or mess yourself up.

4 week cycle with the longest possible esters makes zero sense.

You either need to stop or fix your cycle ASAP!
