i quit drinking nearly 5 years ago and its everything... you will only continue to see how much more positive your life is without it... its a fucking depressant... its just not good in any way, shape or form
I don't really have a bedtime snack other than I do often have one scoop of a whey/casein protein blend before bed. That's generally been my go to for the most part

Drinking was really taking hold of me it went from weekend relaxant to several 25 ouncers every day. I would jump on my bench here at home and drink a tall boy. Didnt realize i was just hurting myself and my family. So learning how to eat and train like all of you is just a win win for me. Thanks bros. So inspiring Dylan that its been 5 yrs for you. You can make your own peanut butter out of grinding peanuts and it tastes amazing. Much better than anything you can buy in a jar and its 100% real. Ive seen a lot of health food shops that have grinders in the store and they can grind it up for you. The supermarket by my house has a self service peanut grinding machine.
