So I'm NOT on any anabolics or PH or sarms for that matter, never touched them. But for some reason I have ... puffy nipples not all crazy like Gyno looking it's just a slight puffiness BUT when it's cold my nips go back to looking like a normal pec could this be excess chest fat ? or a estrogen type problem idk [emoji52] or could it be I need to be at a lower BF ?

And this is where people begin to believe puffy nipples are not normal as everyone is different with this it is for both men and women and can simply be due to temperature variance. Here's another example, when it's cold outside what does your ball sack do ? Shrinks of course, and when it's hot what do they do then ? balls drop, just like time square on new years eve this is normal

However being 19 I'm sure your hormones are going crazy, I actually had a lump form while I was 16 that completely went away later on. Went to the doc checked me, sent me home said was normal and should subside. Gave me a hot pack told me to apply daily and it shrunk

Grab your nipples and see if there is a lump or any hard tissue that you can feel. Just because the puffy look goes away when your nipples are hard doesn't mean you don't have gyno. If you have had this tissue for a long while chances are the only way to get rid of it is through surgery. You could try the Ralox or letro route but if it's old gyno chances are it will just shrink it a little bit and you will still need surgery to excise the breast glands.

letro at 19 without knowing for sure if he even has gyno is not a great idea. Doctor diagnoses first

Gynecomastia, defined as benign proliferation of male breast glandular tissue, is usually caused by increased estrogen activity, decreased testosterone activity, or the use of numerous medications. Although a fairly common presentation in the primary care setting and mostly of benign etiology, it can cause patients considerable anxiety. The initial step is to rule out pseudogynecomastia by careful history taking and physical examination. A stepwise approach that includes imaging and laboratory testing to exclude neoplasms and endocrinopathies may facilitate cost-effective diagnosis. If results of all studies are normal, idiopathic gynecomastia is diagnosed.

Medical history and physical examination are the most important components of the evaluation of a patient with gynecomastia. A detailed history should focus on time of onset and duration of the gynecomastia, associated symptoms (e.g., mastalgia, bleeding or nipple discharge), presence of systemic disease (especially liver, kidney, adrenal, thyroid, pituitary glands, testes, and prostate), history of recent weight change, presence of risk factors for breast cancer17 (e.g., BRCA2 carriers), and use of medications and recreational drugs (e.g., nonprescription medications, anabolic steroids, dietary supplements, marijuana).

Physical examination should include pubertal development stage, including assessment of voice changes, height increase, testes size, facial and body hair development, penile size and development, and muscle mass increase, and presence of any testicular masses. The breasts should carefully be inspected and palpated for the presence of unusual firmness, asymmetry, nipple discharge, axillary lymphadenopathy, and also to differentiate true gynecomastia from pseudogynecomastia. The normal male breast is relatively flat with a certain degree of fullness around the nipple–areola complex (NAC).18,19 This may vary depending on the degree of chest muscle hypertrophy often seen in athletes and body builders. On average, the nipple is located at 20 cm from the sternal notch in males, and the NAC measures 28 mm.

Following a comprehensive medical history and physical examination findings of age-appropriate physical and sexual development, no further investigation is warranted. Observation and reassurance should be the mainstays of treatment. If gynecomastia is present in prepubertal-aged boys, further investigation should be undertaken to search for endocrinopathy. In male adolescents with gynecomastia, if the physical examination provides signs suggestive of an underlying disorder, diagnostic blood tests to assess serum levels of luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, testosterone, estradiol, prolactin, dehydroepiandrosterone, and human chorionic gonadotropin may be useful.2,3

Its probably gyno, my nipples are the exact same have been that way since the 6th grade(puberty). Pointy and puffy but once cold or i pinch it (lol) looks normal. No way around it, it does suck but I have to live with it. And having it my whole life made me an expert at hiding it lol.

so you have been diagnosed then i would assume ? what kind of gyno did your doctor diagnose you to have?

Not really. I only ever talked to the doctor about it once. When i was like 16 or 17. All i remember he said was because your hormones go crazy when you hit puberty alot of kids get it and most times it goes away in a few years. He never actually said what the type was? Now i wish i asked more questions, I never cared at that age all the details.. he said they usually go away so i didnt think it was a big problem.. and they never went away lol. Yes there are small lumps under each side.. and the doc felt them too

Ah... true that, missed the 19 part. In my experience, if it's still there at 19 it's going to be permanent. The chances of the pubertal gyno flare up going down isn't likely at that point. Mine flared up slightly at 15 and stuck around, I got surgery at age 26. I was never overweight so the chances of it being pseudogyno were slim.

Ya, if it's true onset gyno even at 19 depending on how long and what kind he has if he has any, may be permanent but very hard to say as OP is still pubescent. The thing is what if it's not even gyno or just pseudogyno taking letro won't do jack but fucking with his endocrine by basically annihilating his estrogen that young is never good . Or what if it's something completely different, say some kind of tumor or on a lighter note even just a bump or bug bite I've heard of some ridiculous things before, and usually in the end most of them never even had gyno, it was pseudo, or just puffy nipples because there are simply some men who have puffier nipples some men store more fat in these locations then others, some areolas are bigger etc just like a woman that's life. I even know of people who get lumps EVERY cycle regardless of AI or SERMS and it's just that they are sensitive to AAS, goes away after PCT and you won't believe how many times they been to the doc and every time it's deemed pseudo and told if true onset gyno in order to diagnosis it's supposed to remain consistent and diagnosed throughout at least a year not just sensitivity or swelling due to drugs being used or puberty, true onset gyno does not come and go it remains always. And also let's not forget depends on what doctor you see like a surgeon some of them are quick to want to perform surgery of course, that's how they make money. Another thing is exactly how OP mentioned, he's never "noticed" he's had puffy nipples until he started getting into bodybuilding maybe he only assumes this is gyno. He wouldn't be the first to think that not knowing. Same thing as if people squeeze their nipples ALL human discrete fluid from their nipples when squeezed that's natural I get people read the boards then squeeze the hell out of their nipples than drop of fluid comes out and they assume lactaion lol and want to run protocols not knowing and other crazier shit. It's actually a bit disturbing sometimes when I see what people do to themselves without being patient enough to be precise with the diagnosis. Best thing for OP is to go see a doc to remove any speculation before deciding to do anything

What do you mean by chances of pseudo were slim lol there should be 0 chance pseudo if you've had surgery . What kind of surgery did you have lypo ? Was this just basic fat removal from your chest area ? That would be quite a different topic

Yeah very true, all genuine concerns. And if it's fully formed the letro protocols usually just reduce it slightly. I went to see the doc before I made any decisions as well. Nah, I probably worded that wrong. I meant I was never fat so I knew it was real gyno(not just fat kid man boobs). I had the lipo for contouring and the glands excised.
