My last blood work showed that my psa was slightly elevated to 5.2, is this normal when running test? My doctor suggested to stop for 30 days and see if the numbers go down to normal. What your thoughts?

That’s elevated bro, not slightly. What was your PSA before starting Test?

Test will elevate PSA. My PSA before TRT was 1.6. Now it runs 2.5-2.7
Because of the test.

Everyone's PSA is different, which us why values don't mean much without a baseline to go off of. What's importamt to know is differences and changes

anytime your PSA changes...for whatever reason... even if it's still below 4.....it's something to take VERY seriously...the change in and of it's self is a warning sign
PSA above a 4 is big red flag

I got a digital prostate exam along with a PSA. Weird thing is my dentist did it.
