Im 36 years old, a year training in a gym, 3 to 4 day week. Recently I am interested in Dianbol and I saw your movie on YouTube on Dianbol.
My question is what is better to combine with a cycle when my goal is to get muscle mass, protein or to take Gainer,?
If need gainer which is better 1: 5 or 1: 1.6
I want to go up in muscle mass without getting fat

you dont need any sort of weight gainer powder while your using dbol... lolll that's the least of your concern

are you planning on running dbol with no test? if so, save your time and money bro... that's about the worst thing you could ever do... what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? what are your goals? i need more info to accurately help you here

this is just horrible.. you should not use dbol longer than 4 weeks and definitely not without test... you also still never provided your goals... i dont even know what your trying to accomplish... it makes it hard to advise you when you give no goals

Mad bro? He's asking basic questions to what he needs to help you out in reaching your goals. Also every cycle needs to be run with test! Only variable is how much test IMO depending on what else you plan on running! Example, my next cycle with be tren-a (3x a week @ 200mg/600 total) and test-e (2x a week @ 100mg/200 total). This is based on readings I've read on running tren cycles, BUT if someone with Dylan's know how where to tell me to change dosages to bulk better, guess what? I'm switching them up.

Dude, you are still not listening to most important part what Dylan is trying to teach you - you need to run Test. as a base. If you choose this road and lifestyle.
Any oral AAS shuts down your own Test but do not replace it. What are you trying to accomplish? - some water gains that will fade when you'll come off dbol? And dbol safely can be run only for so long. That is a heavy price for a short period according to what you will lose, and I'm not talking about mass anymore. It's a maraton, not a sprint.

You definitely want to stay away from a Dbol only cycle. It's a complete waste without test

You also should stay away from the mass gainers. Those only contribute to fat gain

What does the rest of your diet look like? That is what really is going to be 90% of your results

Ok friends !! First Cycle recommendation, interested in oral, the goal is to go up in muscle mass and gain weight up to 90-95 kg. (I have not used and tried in the past, this is the first time that I want to).

Oral only cycles are not a good idea for many reasons bro. You want to avoid that all together.

You still need to have the right diet and training to see results. As I already asked, what does your diet look like?

If you aren't wanting to inject for some reason, then I think Sarms may be the best bet for you. For your goals here is a stack I would recommend
