I am so sorry about this. I promote fast turnaround and take it very seriously. I've had several of these issues recently and decided to remove Proform from my list. Please understand that Proform is an incredible lab with top quality gear. He is very honest and always ships. He is old school. Been around a long time and he does things a certain way. He takes his time. He is very busy with his other life. I on the other hand prefer all items to be shipped within 24 hours. He and I decided that our businesses do not fit well together. I can order his products for those willing to wait but BGS is now my primary UGL. I feel that I am in good hands with him.

I will get you sorted out. I haven't seen a PM from you regarding this. For me, it is always preferred that we handle all business in private rather than rant here on the board.

Thank you for the update IWG. I've worked with proform in the past and they were great and just as fast. I will PM and we can sort everything out.

Yeah. I don't think that he is set up to do the volume that I was sending his way. His shipping is fine for his normal volume. I think that is where he is comfortable and prefers to be.

I can vouch for both Proform and BGS. Logistics happen but both are some of the best I have had. IWGF is a solid brother too

Wow, BGS really took care of the second wave of my order (just came in). They stepped up to the plate. Consider me an ongoing/exclusive customer from now on.
