Hey, guys i'm new here, but i have a question that i don't think has been answered before.
about a year ago i got tested for testosterone, and it came back kinda low, (486) i'm 22. Since then i realized i'm not living as healthy as i could be, definitely not maximizing testosterone, since then i'm become obsessed with hormones. I do all the basics, eat 80g of good fats, cutting fats, hiit cardio, heavy compound lifts, some supplements etc, and i feel much better,
but i was wondering, we all know that running a cycle will shut down your production of natural testosterone, your leydig cells atrophy because they aren't being utilized and if left that way long ago, can be permanately damaged, and that's why we run a post cycle to waken them up,
so if the majority of us live a life that doesn't fully maximize our testosterone, don't we all have leydig cells that aren't being fully utilized, and if left that way they will die off? i"m wondering, since i'm doing everything i can to maximize T naturally, if it has a diminished effect due to not being maximized for some period of time, so my question is, would it make sense to ocassionally run a small pct in order to always keep things alive and healthy? This is all just theory that i thought of in my head, it might sound silly but seems like there might be some validity to it, would love your guys' feedback.
