Okay first of all,I've been going over the recommended dose of 50mg a day to 75mg a day.I just want to clarify that.
I love the muscle hardness,strength & vascularity I'm getting from S4,but lately since I upped my dose I've been getting some pain in my elbows.It could just be coincidence.
At 47 years old & being in construction basically my whole life,I get lots of pains here & there.I'm just wondering if it could be the S4 or just my body being an asshole to me as usual.
Anyone else experience joint pain from higher doses of S4?Also if anyone can recommend a joint support supplement I'd appreciate it.Glucosamine does absolutely nothing for me.
