thank u so much man u guys are the best, so if i just run test 300g? n what should i do with the products, i dont want to waste them? can i keep them n when im im done with test and pct i start run test and deca?

300 mg per week is plenty for a first cycle bud. Both oils and orals stay good for a very long time if stored properly. I'm talking years and years. Just store them in a cool, dark place and save them for a future cycle. Remember you want to follow the time on = time off guideline. This means if you run a 12 week cycle, wait 2 weeks for the ester to clear, then 4 week pct... that translates to 18 weeks off until your next cycle.

Just hold on to the other products you purchased buddy. They will be good for a long time, so no reason to jump into them. You can possibly do something like test and Deca down the road, but right now just concentrate on this cycle to make sure you are doing it right

You don't want to use hcg during pct. If you decide to use hcg, say you're doing a 12 week cycle, you could run hcg weeks 11-14 1000iu per week, and start your pct on week 15. Don't run hcg during pct at all. Nolva alone is not enough for pct, here is the layout you can follow:

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
GW 20mg ED
MK-2866 25mg ED

NO SIR you will run the test for max 14 weeks along with aromasin 12.5 eod, if you want to run hcg run it weeks 9-13 you will run hcg then pct period then you will pct

So if you shoot enanthate you don't start your pct right after the last week of enanthate? also Is it ok to take like 4 weeks off after a 10 or 12 week cycle or should you really take the equal amount of time off?

Yes this is the pct you want if you're using aas. You need a full pct as I listed since you will be shutdown. A sarm cycle alone without aas doesnt shut you down, just minor suppression hence the lighter pct.

For Test E, you have to wait 2 weeks after your last pin before starting pct. This 2 week waiting period is for the ester to clear. The time on = time off is the way to go. Waiting only 4 weeks after your cycle is stupid and reckless towards your health bro.

That's correct. Aas requires the full pct where sarms cycle requires the mini pct
