yes, bd makes a good brand and does push easier than terumo does.... if you find good areas in the quads they are very easy.. just be very aware as there is a lot of room for error but they are very smooth if your on point... you can easily handle delts bro, i assure you... :D

Pretty good. I've been steady at 205 becoming more full. Strength is up, libido is up, over all feel good, recovery is good too
