I've been watching you for awhile u are very knowledgeable.
I'm back into body building did it as a teenager won many shows now I'm 47 and body is injured but I still work around my herniated L4-5 disc shoulder impingement left hip flare up and heel fasciitis flare ups I will say NPP or deca really are a blessing .
