Ostarine mk2866 cycle safe for 18 year old?

Hey guys so I posted a few days ago about my sarm cycle I'm about to start and still panning on doing it.

I have a question though I keep seeing ostarine mk2866 is barely suppressive and my brother wants to start a ostarine only cycle at 18 is he to young or is this sarm safe for him to run?

Cycle we had in mind

Ostarine mk2866
Week 1-12 25mg dosed in the am
Week 13-16
Nolva dosed at 40/20/20/20

I only have Nolva on hand.
