So, I'm one week in of my current blast, which consists of 500mg test, 700mg eq, and 600mg of mast. I just finished up an 8 week mini cut during my cruise and the plan is to slowly add in calories based on the mirror/scale/progress, but DAMN am I hungry. I've run eq, but only at a low dose, and I'm pretty sure the eq is already giving me hunger pangs lol. I'm considering throwing a bit more fuel to the fire because I know I'm still in a deficit (I know my body pretty well).
The goal is to gain some serious LEAN mass this blast so I can cruise for a pretty long time before getting seriously diced.
All you guys out there that have had mast in a lean bulk, what benefits did you notice? I know most say it doesn't add strength, doesn't add size, and is primarily used as a cosmetic drug. Others claim it adds aggression in the gym, which can lead to better gains. Along with a sense of well being, an overall boost in libido, and the ability for it to free up test and other compounds. Just curious if any of you dudes have added it in a lean bulk and how you liked it? I'm currently sitting around 10% bodyfat, visible abs, nice triceps separation, very good arm vascularity, etc. So hopefully I see some of the drying/hardening effects as I gain
