Sorry, what I meant by off season is like , when you are not doing comp/races. I compete in endurance events like triathlon, running, cycling mtb etc. So in the winter typically there are no races or anything for me so I try to peak during summer season when all my races and shit are. I am generally pretty lean mesomorph 6ft tall 10% BF (climbs to 12% during winter). I still train in winter but different shit like weights and plyometric exercises.
I try to structure training similar to gear cycles in that im building up to a peak performance then cooling off ,PCT, re structure, planning new races etc. So more or less I am just trying to see if I am going to cycle sarms and test for maybe 1/3 of the year, what I should do in remainder whether just train and let body rest from sarms, test all that, or run different stuff like say Ostarine +GW only. Just more concerned on a repercussions of running anything all year round if any? Or if there is anything anyone runs year around from experience.
thanks
