Hey brother thanks for posting those YouTube videos, I’m wondering what you recommend for a newbie cycle I’m 34 6’1 200lbs had serious acne in high school and seem to have maybe a little more breast than I should for my size. Hoping to find newbie cycle charts. Thanks

no idea where you can find newbie cycle charts and its also beyond impossible to make a recommendation when you dont even tell me the goal of the cycle... if you have acne issues and feel like you may have pre existing gyno then steroids are not a good idea whatsoever... sarms would be the far better option
