Newbie -- first course questions... am I headed in the correct direction.

I am very excited about joining this forum, I came across this site via my friend I love the effort and passion you put into the forum and youtube channel. Thanks a bunch for your and effort.

I’ll try make this quick, as I don’t want to bore you guys.

My details:

I am 34 years old, 6 ft
86 kg
Body fat % probably 24% at this point.

I have decided to do my first course and have a few questions;

Will my below proposed stack be fine ?

What are the all in ones you talk about? ( They help with liver, kindey and heart health ) I noticed you mentioned this in ( The Myths and Brosciences of Anabolics Part 3 ) I want to make sure to be taking these supplements, or medication.

From what I understand coming off a course, you body bottoms out in hormones causing a catabolic effect due to the lack of testosterone , will Clen semi counteract this as it has a anti-catabolic effect ? or at the very least will it be okay to use Clen in the stack at the end of the cycle ? I added my proposed Clen course below as well. It is a 2 week cycle. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Only repeated 3 times. I really want to get rid of my belly fat, have so far found it impossible.

My proposed stack:

Weeks 1-10 – SUSTANON 250mg ( 1 ml a week / 1 injection a week )
Weeks 1-12 – 0.25mg Arimidex EOD ( To combat estrogen )
Weeks 13-14 – Nolva 20mg/twice daily ( PCT )
Weeks 15-16 – Nolva 20mg/day ( PCT )

Dbol - Weeks 1-10 - 10 mg a day. *is this too hetic, doing an oral for 10 weeks? Would it be better to just do ½ a tablet a day?
DOL ‘ I was originally considering Weeks 1 - 3 - DBOL 10mg tablet 1 per day. A friend said not to just stop the dbol, at week 3, but replace it with something or up the dose of Sustanon, as it will cause a little dip in testosterone just stopping it which wont be good….
Clen Cycle ( 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, I’ll repeat this 3 times and aim to have the last 2 weeks on Clen to be straight after I come of the course )
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4: 80mcg
Day 5: 100mcg
Day 6: 120mcg
Day 7: 140mcg
Day 8: 140mcg
Day 9: 140mcg
Day 10: 140mcg
Day 11: 140mcg
Day 12: 140mcg
Day 13: 140mcg
Day 14: 140mcg
I weigh 86 kg my goals to get rid of my ‘stubborn belly fat’ spare tyre. Hopefully 12 to 10% body fat at some point I dont expect a drop to 12% body fat in the first cycle.
I don't expect miracles on my first course just to look a bit better and improve my core strength to help with injuries and general health.
Any advice would be awesome.

Also would you recommend this during my 12 weeks off after the first course?
Nutrobal (Mk-677) once a day. 1ML.

I will let the Vets help you but I would not recommend any AAS at 24% BF. You should start with a Sarms stack in which Dylan or Rick Rock will chime in and give you a great Sarms protocol to drop Bodyfat. I would not go with Sust. stay away from Clen. You Pct is not optimal. Please do not start anything without the Vets to guide you or you are going to regret.

Thanks so much. Ill wait for their reply / input before I go ahead with anything. Also i should note I am in Australia and have very limited access to a lot of stuff, as far as SUSTANON 250mg goes... I at least have access to it, is the main reason I selected it.

Oh I see but remember sust should not pinned once a week it has short medium and long esters it's not like cyp or enth

Ill have a look for sure, customs are pretty tough here in AU, we keep getting stuff stoped coming into the country. I do think I can get enth here thou.

Your friend is making shit up. He doesn't know what he's talking about lol that makes no sense at all. Do not do dbol for 10 weeks that's ridiculous. Don't do it at all for a first cycle. Your pct is weak too. Clen is catabolic even though it will add strength it's still not a good thing for pct. btw 10mg once a day isn't going to do shit. Dbol has about a 4-6 hour half life so it would only be in your system that long and at a weak dose at that.

Oh yeah and 24% BF is not good for cycling. I highly recommend against doing a cycle until you drop that to at least 14-15%

You most likely are not going to receive any recommendations on doing a cycle at all with 24% body fat.

If its your first cycle you really shouldnt run 500mg it should be 350 or 400 and if you can you should run test cyp. Also erryone on here is gonna tell you that its not neccasary to run am oral your forst cycle .

you really should be takimg 12.5 Aromasin eod if that is possible instead of arimidex. Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor much better

The reason you want to run test by itself your first time is you want to get acclimated with how your body is going to react with just testosterone so you can figure out how to run your ancillaries in accordance witj your body. Also the reason that you only should run test for yoyr first cycle is you dont need to run a bunch of compounds your first time to see serious results . Its like why throw gas on a perfecrt fire.

wow, this is such a disaster... you have 24% body fat... you need to be in the 12-13% range to even consider a cycle... then you want to not only run dbol, which is the COMPLETE opposite of what you want, and to make it worse, 10 weeks? 10 weeks???? bro, 4 weeks of dbol is PLENTY... NO ORAL should exceed 6 weeks unless its proviron and you want to run the steroid that converts to estrogen at the highest rate 10 weeks, with a body fat that will ENHANCE estrogen conversion... NOT TO MENTION you are trying to use steroids as fat burners, which THEY ARE NOT... THEN you want to run clen... fuck me... so you want to basically ruin yourself here... top to bottom... EVERYTHING about this is wrong... you even want to pin a steroid that is nearly HALF short esters, once a week.. brother, seriously, just stop now, PLEASE... you have no clue what you are going to do to yourself and your "friend" is going to, excuse me but, fuck you up in a major way...

you need to focus on the issues that are apparent with your diet and training... 24% indicates you do not train nor eat properly whatsoever... can you fix it? OF COURSE you can but you are doing this all wrong and you will learn a very very hard lesson on this path... i can help you to get your body fat down but there's no way on the planet earth anyone could recommend you to run any sort of steroid at that body fat bro... im sorry its not what you want to hear but its what you need to hear..
 
I didmt even catch the first half of this I need to pay closer attention before i start offering Ideas i didnt even catch the whole clen and 24% BF . I am sorry yeah bro you definitely need to dial in your diet and fitness before even thinking about doing this .

I definetly didnt go that far i just saw what he was wanting to run on his "original plan" and I thought i should say something. But you know like errything in life this is a good opportunity for me i feel to really stop and absorb all the information before sayimg amything beacuase this forum is predicated on being knowledgeable as well as a place that people are only giving good advice.
