I’ll try make this quick, as I don’t want to bore you guys.
My details:
I am 34 years old, 6 ft
86 kg
Body fat % probably 24% at this point.
I have decided to do my first course and have a few questions;
Will my below proposed stack be fine ?
What are the all in ones you talk about? ( They help with liver, kindey and heart health ) I noticed you mentioned this in ( The Myths and Brosciences of Anabolics Part 3 ) I want to make sure to be taking these supplements, or medication.
From what I understand coming off a course, you body bottoms out in hormones causing a catabolic effect due to the lack of testosterone , will Clen semi counteract this as it has a anti-catabolic effect ? or at the very least will it be okay to use Clen in the stack at the end of the cycle ? I added my proposed Clen course below as well. It is a 2 week cycle. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Only repeated 3 times. I really want to get rid of my belly fat, have so far found it impossible.
My proposed stack:
Weeks 1-10 – SUSTANON 250mg ( 1 ml a week / 1 injection a week )
Weeks 1-12 – 0.25mg Arimidex EOD ( To combat estrogen )
Weeks 13-14 – Nolva 20mg/twice daily ( PCT )
Weeks 15-16 – Nolva 20mg/day ( PCT )
Dbol - Weeks 1-10 - 10 mg a day. *is this too hetic, doing an oral for 10 weeks? Would it be better to just do ½ a tablet a day?
DOL ‘ I was originally considering Weeks 1 - 3 - DBOL 10mg tablet 1 per day. A friend said not to just stop the dbol, at week 3, but replace it with something or up the dose of Sustanon, as it will cause a little dip in testosterone just stopping it which wont be good….
Clen Cycle ( 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, I’ll repeat this 3 times and aim to have the last 2 weeks on Clen to be straight after I come of the course )
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: 60mcg
Day 4: 80mcg
Day 5: 100mcg
Day 6: 120mcg
Day 7: 140mcg
Day 8: 140mcg
Day 9: 140mcg
Day 10: 140mcg
Day 11: 140mcg
Day 12: 140mcg
Day 13: 140mcg
Day 14: 140mcg
I weigh 86 kg my goals to get rid of my ‘stubborn belly fat’ spare tyre. Hopefully 12 to 10% body fat at some point I dont expect a drop to 12% body fat in the first cycle.
I don't expect miracles on my first course just to look a bit better and improve my core strength to help with injuries and general health.
Any advice would be awesome.
Also would you recommend this during my 12 weeks off after the first course?
