Im 44 and have never used anything in my training. Last yer I had a bed injury to my back and abs that basically left me with a useless core as far as training. After rehabing and healing im finally able to train again but have lost all strength stamina ect. Im overwieght and have low T. Diet is good as i order my meals online cardio is well its existant but needs alot of improvement. So i have a few simple questions A. for low t i used to take Cyp from the Dr would you guys simply increase that or use another. also Weight loss products have always scared me since they are usually stimulants. What is the recommendation for those as well. My main focus is loosing weight and gaining strength to start training as i did before. Its hard to train as a shell of your prior self the mind can be defeating.

Had the same issue a few years ago. If you are in no hurry, you'd better lose weight via cardio. Yes, it was hard either physically and mentally, I wanted to give up so many times and luckily I didn't. You will lose weight and gain strength at the same time. But it's my opinion only, maybe there're another points of view, I'm curious as well.

noone is going to advise you to use steroids in ANY WAY, SHAPE or FORM... your only focus right now is to be to get your diet and training consistent and disciplined... steroids are NOT for people that are overweight and/or not in good condition and especially not for people who are not even training... you dont need pills and chemicals, you need diet and training..
