I have been an athlete my whole life I am 23 and over the last 3 years have gained some unwanted fat I workout pretty regularly but seem to not really get the results I want anymore. What is a good stack to start with, that will lose fat and leave me pretty cut?

I am 70 inches 188 pounds last checked I was 20 pct but probably around 22 pct now and I am 23 I need results in the next 6 weeks as I feel myself losing motivation in the gym.

bro, nothing is going to give you results in 6 weeks.. you are looking for magic and something to do the work for you... you clearly have flaws in your diet and training and i dont give a shit what you take, if that is not corrected, this is all pointless.. what do you generally eat each day?

I need help with my diet indeed as I have slipped on it the last few months. I have been in transit a lot so it has been quick food. I know plenty of guys around my age and younger that have started with steroids and also have great results, I also understand everyone is different so I do not want to just copy their stacks.

bro, noone is going to advise you steroid use... your friends are going to fuck themselves up royally and are going to be dealing with it the rest of their lives... they are very ignorant and will learn a very very hard lesson... dont be a dubmass like them or you will regret it

What about a bunch of cardio? I think if you were strict on your diet and hit the cardio heavy you can see enough results in six weeks to keep you motivated. It takes a certain level of discipline to get any results. It takes 100x more discipline to run gear safely and effectively. Don't do it.

The elliptical gives you trouble? I don't use it, I'm a stairs or sprints guy, but the people at my gym with bum knees use the ellipticals, they say they are really low impact. Otherwise swimming is great cardio that's practically no impact. I know it's not the most convenient though.
