Hi guys. Been enjoying the posts and all the constructive information I've been reading over the last couple months so I decided might as well join and make it formal. Been working out for the last 15+years with about 5 cycles under my belt. Just turned 40, nutrition is on point, full calories, high protein. 5'8" 198lbs about 25%bf, this cycle I'm on now is my first in 3years as I've been busy with 6kids a wife, running a drywall business. 500mg test e ew, 400mg tren e ew, 50mg tbol ed, 50mg clen ed(asthmatic so it's a win win with the cutting). Set up a proper home gym for the first and am really enjoying it much more than I ever did going to the typical worlds gym kindve atmosphere( don't really like too many people lol). This will be my first cycle where I will be low dosing with just test instead of a typical pct with clomid/nolva. A lot easier to get information nowadays with this internet jazz instead of reaching for my encyclopedia britanica(original internet for the young bucks). Anyways looking forward to picking your brains and applying some new knowledge. Thx guys
 
welcome to isarms brother... great to have you... you need to understand that a typical pct IS NOT just nolva and clomid... thats a piss poor pct... also, bro, you cannot use steroids at 25% body fat!! thats insanity... you are 1/4 fat man.. come on now... you need to be near 12-13%... you are being extremely reckless and you are going to end up hurting yourself doing this...
 
Your nutrition is not on point of your 25% body fat. And running clen & tren ?

You need to stop any AAS use right away.
 
Lol sorry guys that was meant to be 15%. I've got sausages for fingers. Would still like to get it down to closer to 10%. Been drywalling 6-7days a week for 23yrs. It would be damn near impossible to keep 25% bf on for me even with bad nutrition and no lifting/cardio. Will proof read for now on lol. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
 
Nobody here is gonna advise you use clen. That's some dirty stuff bro

Sounds like you plan on forgoing PCT and putting yourself on a cruise? Am I close?

The clen has always helped my asthma symptoms and lessened my need for my ventilin inhalers. For me it works. Obviously drywall and asthma don't mix well but the bills keep coming and until the lottery comes in I'm running Sheetrock. The clen helps.
